All pieces in the webshop has been handpicked and carefully selected by VERSA’s founder Rebecca. They have all been worn and preloved, and some are true vintage pieces. As the garments have lived a life before coming to VERSA, they may have imperfections and subtle signs of wear. Any major flaws will be listed in the description of the item.

VERSA offers worldwide shipping! Using DHL, I aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days.
The following rates will apply to your order at check-out:
Germany - 6 EUR
EU - 14 EUR
UK, Switzerland and Norway - 25 EUR
Rest of the World - 45 EUR
After your parcel has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received it before the link is active. The delivery usually takes between 1-4 business days within Germany. For international delivery times, please refer to the DHL website and select your country for the most up to date information.
VERSA does not take responsibility for any items being delayed or lost during shipment or delivery. VERSA will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. If for any reason (excluding a mistake from our side) a package is returned to us for it to be sent out again, the shipping fee will have to be paid by the customer again. Depending on the order and country of origin, local taxes and customs duties may apply for which VERSA is not responsible. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment.

Buying vintage, and especially online, comes with its challenges. That’s why I’m happy to offer returns and refunds for your orders if once you receive your piece, it’s not quite right for you.
If the product you received is not what you expected, please reach out on versaberlin@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason why.
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. You can return your item(s) for store credit, a different item, or a refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back safely. As I cannot refund any item(s) being lost during shipment, I always recommend to send your return with a tracking number. The item must be returned in the state you received it.
International Returns
Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs / duty charges. As a small business I’m unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges.
Pop - ups / Markets
All sales at markets are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
