Good to know

Below you'll find everything you need to know before — and after — making a purchase. Still have questions? Reach out at versaberlin@gmail.com and I'll get back to you.

About the pieces

Every piece in the shop has been handpicked by me personally — sourced, inspected, and chosen because of the feel it carries. All pieces are preloved, and some are true vintage. Because they've lived a life before arriving at VERSA, they may carry subtle signs of wear. Anything significant will always be noted in the product description. If you have questions about a specific piece before buying, just ask. I’d be happy to help.

Condition guide

Excellent — Virtually no signs of wear. As close to new as preloved gets.

Very good — Minor signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. Nothing that affects how it looks or feels worn.

Good — Visible signs of wear or age, noted in the description. Still a beautiful, wearable piece.

New arrivals

VERSA is a one-woman operation, and although I aim to drop collections on a monthly basis, there’s no fixed schedule. The drops will happen when they’re ready. The best way to stay in the loop is to join the newsletter, where you’ll get early access before pieces go live. You can also follow along on Instagram at @versa_2ndhand.

Shipping

I ship worldwide using DHL and aim to process and post your order within 2–4 working days. Shipping rates at checkout:

Germany — €6

EU — €14

UK, Switzerland & Norway — €25

Rest of the world — €45

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–4 business days. For international timelines, check the DHL website for your country.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase — I'm not able to take responsibility for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or a third party nominated to receive your parcel. If a package is returned to me for reasons outside my control, re-shipping costs will be at your expense. Customs duties and local taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

I also offer free pick-ups in Berlin. When choosing this option, I will reach out to you after purchase to arrange the details with you.

Returns

Buying vintage online isn't always straightforward, and I want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't quite right when it arrives, I'm happy to help.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Get in touch at versaberlin@gmail.com with your order number and the piece(s) you'd like to return, and we'll sort it out. Returns can be exchanged for store credit, a different piece, or a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. I recommend sending returns with a tracked service, as I'm unable to refund pieces lost in transit. Please return pieces in the same condition you received them.

International returns: Label your parcel clearly as RETURNED GOODS to avoid customs charges. As a small business I'm unable to absorb these costs, so please don't skip this step.

Pop-ups and markets

All market sales are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please take a good look at pieces before you commit — I'm always happy to answer questions on the spot.
